RENTAL
AGREEMENT PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. A $200-$500 usd deposit is required
to hold any of the condo’s we have.Mahalo.
Upon our receipt of accepted terms, please call 1 866-456-Maui (6284)
to submit your $200.00 -$500 deposit via major (VISA) Card. or Certified
Cheque or Money Order. Once your deposit is confirmed, we will secure
your vacation dates by blocking them out on our in-office master booking
calendars.*****BALANCE IS DUE 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL FROM CHECK-IN
DATE OR DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED.************ BALANCE CAN BE PAID VIA VISA
CARD, CASHIERS CHECK OR MONEY ORDER.
If booking is cancelled within 60 or 30 days of CHECK-IN date, your
rent is forfeited, UNLESS any days are successfully re-rented, then
prorated rents will be refunded.
THERE IS A $50.00 FEE ON ALL CANCELLATIONS THAT INVOLVE REFUNDS. NO
EXCEPTIONS. THESE FUNDS ARE ALL IN US FUNDS AND THERE IS A 11.42% TAX
ON ALL OF THE RATES.
We also will hold your VISA CARD OPEN. Upon our cleaning service's satisfactory
review of units inventory and unit floor, carpet and furnishings conditions,
there will be no charge to your VISA CARD unless any damage, breakage
or excess cleaning attributed to wear and tear in excess of normal use,
typically within 10-21 days. IF YOU HAVE RENTED OUR CONDO’S YOU
HAVE AGREED TO OUR POLICIES.
